1. Booking shall be deemed confirmed on payment of 20% advance of booking amount (estimated bill)

2. Our packages includes only F&B catering, Decor, Bridal Makeup and photography. Add-Ons services      can be availed additionally

3. The F&B catering menu must be finalized at least 25 days prior to the function date or earlier.

4. There would be flexibility of 10% margin on the minimum guaranteed to expected number of pax. 

(a) In case of the number of guests exceeding the stated margin, the providing food shall be charged with 10% extra on agreed rate (F&B catering rate per plate= 70% of booking amount/pax) & it takes a minimum 45 mins. 

(b) The additional food service would be provided based on pre-authorisation hold on a credit card provided by client

5. Menu changes are not permitted within 25 days of the function date.

6. Playing of music in the venue shall be permissible only up to 10 pm subject to prior legal permission from local authority obtained by the host.

7. For any Musical Program, IPRS (The Indian Performing Right Society Ltd.,) License, and Phonographic Performance Ltd. License, are mandatory which needs to be obtained by the host prior to the function date.

8. Tax bill of the function is compulsory.

9. Outside food or beverages shall not be allowed. 

10. We do not entertain 2 or more guests sharing a single plate.

11. The billing shall be done on the minimum number of guaranteed guests or actual consumed whichever is higher.

12. Guests are requested to take care of their own belongings and any loss or damage shall not be the responsibility of the management. The management shall not be responsible for safe keeping of guest belongings or assets after the end of the party 

13. Parking is strictly at owner’s risk. 

Payment Term & Conditions:

1. 20% of estimated amount to be paid to confirm the booking and contract letter to be signed.

2. Another 40% of estimated amount to be paid latest by 1 month prior to the event date

3. Remaining 40% of the estimated amount to be paid latest by 1 week prior to the event date.

4. Final settlements to be made by cash/debit card/credit card only at the end of the function on same day.

5. A Copy of Address Proof (Aadhar Card/Voter ID Card) and PAN card to be submitted at the time of booking confirmation.  

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation before 1 week of the event: 50% of advance will be deducted and the balance will be refunded to client’s bank account in 7-10 business days

2. Cancellation within 1 week of the event: 75% of advance will be deduced and the balance will be refunded to client’s bank account in 7-10 business days

3. Cancellation on the day of event: No refund applicable
